Shamanic Healing is the earliest form of healing in existence. The practice of shamanism is a method, not a religion. It coexists with established religions in many cultures. This healing modality is very profound, self-empowering, and works in harmony with the spirit of nature. In addition to core shamanic techniques, Gail connects with the Celtic, Yoruban, Native American, South American, Asian and Tibetan traditions; the most ancient systems of healing availble on the planet.

Acupressure
Acupressure is shamanic healing that utilizes acupoints located in the muscle and fascia. These points are vortices of energy which allow you to connect to the deep rivers of energy within the body called meridians to release energetic blockages. This releases tension and pain in the body. Acupressure is a powerful stress reduction technique. When the blocked energy is released, you can feel rebalanced, replenished, energized, focused, and clear. The Elements inside of your body also become balanced with this ancient shamanic healing method from Asia.
